Here "User" Means Service Providers & Customers.

This document outlines the legalities governing the use of the GrandHubX platform and services, including the GrandHubX app. By registering for an account and utilizing the GrandHubX app, users (service providers, vendors, customers) agree to accept and comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.

1. Eligibility:

To use the GrandHubX app, users must possess the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By registering for an account, users represent and warrant that they meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Registration:

Users must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account on the GrandHubX app, including their name and contact information. Additional information may be required by GrandHubX to verify user identity or provide certain services. Users are responsible for keeping their registration information up to date.

3. License and Restrictions:

By using the GrandHubX app, users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the platform and services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users may not sublicense, sell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the GrandHubX app or its content.

4. Your Account:

Users are responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential. GrandHubX must be notified immediately if users suspect any account compromise. Users may not assign or transfer their account to any third party. GrandHubX reserves the right to terminate accounts for breaches of terms or security concerns.

5. User Conduct and Compliance:

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and may not engage in any conduct detrimental to GrandHubX's credibility or reputation. Users are personally liable for all transactions undertaken using their account and must not hold GrandHubX liable for any loss or damage arising from their failure to keep their account information secure.

6. Liability and Indemnification:

• User Liability: Users are personally liable for any damages or losses resulting from their use of the GrandHubX platform, including accidents, injuries, or property damage.

• Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrandHubX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform.

7. Insurance:

Users acknowledge the importance of maintaining valid insurance coverage for their vehicle. GrandHubX may provide additional insurance coverage during as see fit.

8. Fees and Payments:

Users are responsible for all fees associated with the use of the platform and services. GrandHubX reserves the right to change fees and will notify users of any changes. Users must provide accurate payment information and settle payments promptly. GrandHubX may suspend or terminate app access for non-payment.

9. Termination:

GrandHubX or users may terminate the service provider contract at any time for any reason by giving notice. Upon termination, users lose access to the platform, and GrandHubX may delete all related data.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This contract is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GrandHubX operates which is Provience of Newfoundland. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration according to the rules of an agreed-upon arbitration association.

11. Updates to Terms and Conditions:

GrandHubX may update terms and conditions and will notify users of changes. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
