Weekly payments for drivers and service providers are seamlessly
processed, with funds directly deposited into your bank account. To
facilitate secure transactions, we utilize Stripe for payments. For
added security and confidentiality, we recommend signing up for a Stripe
payment account.
This ensures that your earnings are transferred to
your Stripe account first, allowing you to subsequently transfer the
funds to your personal bank account.

To become a service provider with GHX, you'll need to sign our contract and adhere to the regulations for self-employed professionals in your province. You must also have your own vehicle or bike for deliveries and ride-hailing services and be of legal age.For ride-sharing, you'll need:

three minor convictions in 3 years.

To be eligible for insurance coverage
under the policy, TNC drivers must ensure their vehicles meet the following
criteria set by Northbridge:
Vehicle Ownership: The vehicle
must be registered in the driver’s name.
Valid Vehicle Insurance: The vehicle
must have valid insurance coverage.
Vehicle Safety Certificate: The vehicle
must have a current safety certificate as required by provincial
regulations.
Vehicle Type: Only private passenger vehicles
are allowed; these include 4-door sedans, SUVs, or mini-vans.
Vehicle Condition: The vehicle
must be in good physical condition with no noticeable cosmetic damage.
Winter Tires: Snow tires or all-weather tires
are required from November 1 to April 30 each year.
Seat Belts: The vehicle must have a
functional seat belt for every seat.
Vehicle Age: The vehicle must be no older
than 10 years.
Mileage: The vehicle must have traveled
200,000 kilometers or less.

When a user places an order, the system prioritizes sending the request
to drivers based on proximity to the user's location. If the nearest
driver is unavailable, the system progressively extends the request to
other available drivers. Once a delivery request is sent through the GHX
Delivery system, notifications are promptly delivered to your
smartphone via the driver's app. Easily accept the task, and the app
will provide detailed information, including pickup and drop-off

As an independent contractor with our platform, you enjoy the flexibility to choose your working hours.
Utilize the in-app availability calendar to specify the days you're open for work.
When you're unavailable, simply turn off the app to avoid receiving requests.Please note, if you're online and decline incoming ride or delivery requests, it impacts your account negatively due to a low acceptance rate.
